Purchasing a Project

To purchase a project, open My Projects tab and choose an existing brand folder or create a new one. Next, click the blue CREATE PROJECT button located on the top right corner of your dashboard, and select the project type and product options.

Creating a Brand for Your Company

To create a new brand, open My Projects tab and click on the +NEW BRAND button. Fill in the brand details and hit SAVE to create a new brand.

Matching Projects to Writers

Our content specialists will handpick the perfect writer for your project. We know our writers’ strengths, so we'll ensure that you receive excellent content every time.

Currently, clients cannot choose writers. Instead, we use your feedback to match you with the appropriate writers.

Time Taken for a Writer to Claim Your Project

It can take 1 to 2 business days to match your project with the right writer. You can check your project status under My Projects tab and check the WRITER column. If a writer has picked up your project, the name of the writer will show up in that column; otherwise, your project's state will be Matching with a Writer.
